Overview

Thermo-reversible rheology modifier for natural water-gel systems and textures.

Formulation Guidelines

• 3.0-5.0%

• 3.5-7.0

• Sift into water phase and mix until clump-free. Can be premixed with glycols for faster dispersion.
• Heat to at least 65°C to ensure total dispersion.
• Viscosity builds by next day.
• Homogenization for long periods of time can break the TeraGel structure. If required, do not exceed 10 minutes (lab setting).
