Procedure:
1. Combine phase A and heat to 80°C.
2. Combine phase B and heat to 80°C.
3. Begin mixing phase A until smooth and homogenous, then add phase B.
4. Cool to room temperature while mixing.
5. Add phase C and mix until well dispersed.
